In a multiple pulse width modulation scheme, pulse width=(2dN)=(1VrVc).πN

Vr = Amplitude of reference wave
Vc = Amplitude of carrier wave
N = No. of pulse per half cycle

Here, N = 1

2d=(135)×π

2d=0.4×180=720

The output voltage of 1ϕ F.B.I., with single pulse modulation

V0=n=1,3,54Vsnπ.sinnπ2.sinnd.sinnωt

V01=4×115π×sinπ2×sin36=86.06 Volt
