For one complete revolution of seconds hand, θ=2π radians.
It is clear the θ=π radians between t=15 s and t=45 s
To find the magnitude of change in velocity:
|v2v1|=v22+v212v2v1cosθ
For uniform circular motion, |v2|=|v1|=v
|v2v1|=v2+v22v2 cos π=2v
ω=ΔθΔt=π30 rad/s
v=rw=30π×π30 cm/s=1 cm/s
