F=c1r+c2

1800=c1(0.5)+c2....(1)

1000=c1(0.3)+c2....(2)

By eq (1)- eq(2)

0.2 c1=800

c1=4000

c2=18004000(0.5)c2=200 N

So initial tension must be increased by 200 N to be isochronous
