The correct option is B $10$
In square all sides are equal, then
$P R = Q S$ $\Rightarrow$ $5 x = 9 x - 8$ $\Rightarrow$ $4 x = 8$ $\Rightarrow$ $x = 2$
$∴ Q S = 9 * 2 - 8 = 10$
