The correct option is A 20 A

Given

N1:N2=1:10

Where

N1=Number of turns in primary coil

N2=Number of turns in secondary coil

Primary voltage V1=230V

Secondary current I2=2A

It is asked to find out the current through the primary coil, I1

We have

N1N2=I2I1

Substituting the values in the above equation we get,

110=2I1

I1=20

Hence current thorough primary coil is 20A
