If in a survey three independent angles x, y and z were observed with weights $W_x,W_{y}and{W}_z$ respectively, then the weight of the sum of angles x, y and z will be given by:
$W=\frac{1}{\frac{1}{W_x}+\frac{1}{W_y}+\frac{1}{W_z}}$

$\therefore$ The weight of sum of angles i.e, $W=\frac{1}{\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{1}+\frac{1}{3}}=\frac{6}{11}$
