${\theta }_N$ = (percentage of non-veg people) $\times$ 360${}^{\circ }$

${\theta }_N$ = $\frac{60}{100}$ $\times$ 360 = 216${}^{\circ }$

Similarly, ${\theta }_E$ = $\frac{25}{100}$ $\times$ 360 = 90${}^{\circ }$

and ${\theta }_V$ = $\frac{15}{100}$ $\times$ 360 = 54${}^{\circ }$
