The correct option is C 1200C
Let the temperature difference between two ends be toC. Here emf is e=at where a=3×106V/oC the emf for temperature difference t is given as 0.3×103V=3×104V So t=3×104/3×106=100oC.
So temperature of hot end is 20+t=20+100=120oC
