In a triangle ABC, angels A, B, C are in the ratio 1:2:3.Find the angles. How do you solve this?

Dear student,

Let's denote the smallest angle as X degrees.
Then the other two angles are 2X and 3X. {since given ratio is 1:2:3}


X + 2X + 3X = 180 {since sum of angles in a triangle is 180}

6X = 180
X = 180/6= 30

Then other angles will be 2X=2*30=60

3X=3*30=90

It is a 30, 60, 90 triangle.
