In a triangle ABC, if ∠A = 55° and ∠B = 40°, find ∠C.

Given: ∠A = 55° and ∠B = 40°

To Find: ∠C

Solution:

In ΔABC, ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180° (Sum of the angles of a triangle)

55° + 40° + ∠C = 180°

∠C = 180° − 95°

∴∠C = 85°
