35 cm

In $△ A B C$

Let the measure of BC be $x$

Hence using pythagoras theorem , we have

$A B^{2} + B C^{2} = A C^{2}$

$12^{2} + x^{2} = 37^{2}$

$144 + x^{2} = 1369$

$x^{2} = 1369 - 144$

$x^{2} = 1225$

$x = \sqrt{1225}$

$x = 35 c m$

Hence Length of BC = 35 cm
