In a triangle if angle P = 55 degrees and angle Q = 65 degrees, find the shortest and the longest side of the triangle.

Open in App
Solution

In triangle abc
angle p+ angle q+ angle r = 180 degree
so 55+65+r=180
r=180-120=60

So angle p is the smallest..so side opposite to angle p ie.qr will be largest..
angle q is the largest angle so side opposite to it ie.pr will be smallest
