Given that third angle is equal to $70°$ .

Let the two equal angle be $x°$each .

Now, according to angle sum property of a triangle sum of all the angles of a triangle measures $180°$ .

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow x°+x°+70°=180° \\ \Rightarrow 2x°+70°=180° \\ \Rightarrow 2x°=180°-70° \\ \Rightarrow 2x°=110° \\ \Rightarrow x°=\frac{110°}{2} \\ \Rightarrow x°=55° \end{gathered}$$

Hence, the other two equal angles measure $55°$ each .
