Solution

The correct option is D 0.52 m
When we compare numbers, we move from the left side towards the right side.

We see that in all the numbers, there is 1 tens and 3 ones.
While 13.1 has 1 tenths, 13.62 has 6 tenths and 2 hundredths, 13.6 has 6 tenths and 13.58 has 5 tenths and 8 hundredths.
So, 1 < 5 < 6

We notice that, 13.62 and 13.6 have 6 tenths.
But, 13.62 has 2 hundredths while 13.6 doesn't have any hundredths.
So, 13.62 is the largest number and 13.1 is the smallest number.

Thus, Sam jumped the farthest and Raj jumped the least.

So, let us find 13.62 m - 13.1 m
Thus, the difference between the jumps of the person who jumped the farthest and the person who jumped the least is 0.52 m.
