Solution

Step 1 :

Given :

Number of neem trees =1500

Number of peepal trees =1200

Now, Total number of trees in a village = ThHTO1500+1200

We get,

ThHTO1500+12002700

Step 2 : Total number of trees left after making road

Number of trees cut down =450

Number of trees in the village =2700 ( calculated above)

Now, total number of trees after makin road =ThHTO2700-450

We get,

ThHTOCarryover6102700-4502250

Hence, the required number of tress left in the village are 2250
