Given ,motor is at standstill,
The respective induced emf in stator and rotor will be

E1=2πf1Kω1N1ϕ

E2=2πf2Kω2N2ϕ

After taking ratio,
E1E2=Kω1N1Kω2N2=N1N2(asf1=f2at stand still

where,
N1=Effective stator turns per phase
N2=Effective rotor turns per phase
N1=Stator turns per phase
N2=Rotor turns per phase

Thus, 5×4Kω2=2

Kω2=5×42=10
