Solution

The correct option is A 1
The nerve signal stimulates the sarcoplasmic reticulum of the muscles. On stimulation, the T tubule releases the calcium ions and the actin-binding sites on the myosin get exposed. One molecule of actin binds with one molecule of myosin to form actomyosin complex. This takes place by conversion of ATP to ADP and inorganic phosphate released helps in the formation of the complex.
So, the correct answer is option A.
