Solution

The correct options are
A Deficiency in both gluco and mineralocorticoids
B Hypotension
C Dehydration
E Plasma glucose decrease

Addison's disease is due to the deficiency of both glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids. Due to the decrease in aldosterone secretion, the sodium and water levels plummet, due to increased excretion. This leads to diabetes insipidus as well as hypotension due to ensuing low blood volumes. Potassium levels increase due to lack of excretion. A dip in cortisol levels leads to loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, muscle weakness, and importantly, hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). This disease can be treated and managed with both glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement therapy.
