Given:

Current, i=213sin(50πt) A

Comparing with i=i0sinωt, we get, angular frequency,

ω=50π rad/s

So, time period,

T=2πω=2π50π=1/25 s


From the figure, we can see that, the time interval between value of current from zero (at t=0) to its first maximum value is T/4.

Therefore, time taken,
