The correct option is A
For peak voltage to be 4 V on Y axis, number of divisions on Y axis,

d1=4SY=41V/div=4div

for T=2π200π=10msec

and T/2=5msec,

Number of divison on x axis is

d2=T/2SX=5msec1msec/div=5div

The trigger is set at zero. So it will start from zero level.
