For peak voltage to be 4 V on Y axis, number of divisions on Y axis,

$d_1=\frac{4}{S_Y}=\frac{4}{1V/div}=4div$

$forT=\frac{2\pi }{200\pi }=10msec$

$andT/2=5msec$,

Number of divison on x axis is

$d_2=\frac{T/2}{S_X}=\frac{5msec}{1msec/div}=5div$

The trigger is set at zero. So it will start from zero level.
