Let the first term be a, common difference be d.

t₇ = a + 6d, t₃ = a + 2d, t₇ = 2t₃ => a + 6d = 2(a + 2d) => a = 2d

t₁₁ = a + 10d = 2d + 10 = 12d

t₈ = a + 7d = 2d + 7d = 9d

So, required ratio = 12d: 9d = 4: 3
