Solution

The correct option is A Complete the food chain
Detritivores and decomposers make up the last part of food chains. Detritivores live on the refuse of the ecosystem; organisms that eat non-living plant and animal remains. For example, scavengers like vultures eat dead animals and decomposers, like fungi and bacteria, decomposedead and decaying remains of plants and animals into simple organic molecules and inorganic compounds that are released into the environment for reuse as raw materials for autotrophs thereby completing the cycle of life. This starts a whole new series of food chains. And the rule of thumb is that each food chain begins in photosynthesis and ends in decay.
