Now a person can vote 1 or 4 or 3 times. If he vote 4 times then no. of ways =6C1=6
If he votes for 2 times; then no. of ways =6C2=15
If he votes for 3 times, then no. of ways =6C3=20
Total ways =6+15+20=41
