The correct option is C is zero along all paths
Since the work done = point along (+q)× change in potential difference between two points
Since for a point charge +q, the electric field is uniformly spherically symmetric around the charge.
So, potential at all the points A, B, C, D, E is same.
So, change in potential from point A to any other point is zero.
So, the work done in either case is zero.
