The correct option is D all of the above. The melting point for water is 0°C. Hence at this temperature, the liquid water starts getting converted into ice and both coexist.
During melting and boiling, in spite of providing a consistent heat supply, the temperature of the system remains constant until the whole process is completed. This is because of the latent heat of fusion and the latent heat of vaporization.
