Given:
Mass of oxygen atom= 16 u
Gram molecular mass of O2 = 2×16 = 32 g

Number of moles of O2 = Given mass in grams Gram molecular mass= 1632 = 0.5 moles

Since, number of molecules in 1 mol of a substance = 6.022×1023
So, number of molecules in 0.5 mol of O2
= 6.022×1023×0.5
= 3.011×1023
