Using Bernoulli's theorem,
$L i f t = (P_{2} - P_{1}) A = (\frac{1}{2} ρ V_{1}^{2} - \frac{1}{2} ρ V_{2}^{2}) A = \frac{1}{2} \times 1.2 (70^{2} - 60^{2}) 4 = 0.6 \times (70 - 60) \times (70 + 60) \times 4 = 6 \times 4 \times 130 = 3120 N$
