The correct option is B $\frac{E}{(R + G) θ}$
The figure of merit of galvanometer is the current flowing through the galvanometer per unit division deflection $(θ)$ . i.e $k = \frac{I}{θ}$
Here the current $I = \frac{E}{R + G}$
so, $k = \frac{E}{(R + G) θ}$
