The correct option is A $0.425$ poise
Volume of liquid collected per second $= \frac{15}{60} c m^{3} / s$ $= 0.25 c m^{3} / s$
So, from poiseuille's eon:
$\to 0.25 c m^{3} / s = \frac{π \times {(0.1)}^{4} \times 1 \times 980 \times 30}{8 \times η \times 25}$
$\Rightarrow η = 0.1847$
so, viscosity coefficient $η_{d} = 0.1847 \times 2.3$ poise
$= 0.425$ poise
