The correct option is B 400Hz
since wavelength of the sound wave will be proportional to the length of the wire and the product of wavelength and frequency is velocity of sound which is constant here so we can compare this product , so
256×25=16×f
f=400
so frequency of second tuning fork is 400 Hz.
so the answer is B.
