The correct option is D 5:2
For every 6 vanilla cones sold, 15 chocolate cones were sold.

Hence, the ratio of the chocolate cones sold to the vanilla cones sold = 15 : 6 = 156

On dividing both numerator and denominator by 3, we get

15÷36÷3=52

Therefore, the required ratio is 5 : 2.
