The correct option is A +ve
In a reversible process, the total change in entropy is always 0. If change in entropy of system increases, the change in entropy of surroundings will decrease so as to keep the total change in entropy as 0.
But in the case of an irreversible process, the total entropy change is always greater than zero (i.e. positive value) Same is known as principle of entropy increases.

So option A is the correct answer
