In an isosceles triangle, the vertex angle is 50. What are the base angles of the triangle?

As we know that the base angle of an isosceles triangle are always equal and sum of interior angles of a triangle is 180°.
Let the base angles of the isosceles triangle be x° each.
x+x+50°=180°
2x=180°50°
x=130°2=65°
Hence the base angles will be of 65° each.
