Let the total number of workers be x. Then,
Number of women = x3 and number of men = (xx3) = 2x3
Number of women having children = 13of12ofx3=x18.
Number of men having children = 23of34of2x3=x3.
Number of workers having children = (x18+x3)=7x18.
Therefore, workers having no children = (x7x18)=11x18=1118 of all workers.
Hence, option (C) is the correct answer.
