$\Rightarrow$ software $= \frac{2}{3} x$

if $\frac{1}{5} t h$ are women then $\frac{4}{5} t h$ of software are men.

$∴ \frac{4}{5} (\frac{2}{3} x) = 240$ (given)

$\frac{8}{15} x = 240$

$x = \frac{240 \times 15}{8}$

$x = 450$
