Question

In an triangle ABC , A is 50° more than B and C is 20° less than B . what are the angles of a triangle

Open in App
Solution

Let Angle B be x
angle A = x+50
Angle C = x -20
We know sum of angles of a triangle = 180
x+x+50+x-20 = 180
3x+30 = 180
3x= 180-30
3x = 150
x = 50
Angle B = 50
Angle A = 50+50= 100
Angle C= 50 -20 =30
