Solution

The correct option is A Law of segregation does not apply in this experiment
Incomplete dominance is a condition in which the F1 progeny has a phenotype intermediate to the two parents. According to the law of segregation, allele separate during gamete formation, and randomly unite at fertilization.

In case of Antirrhinum (Snapdragon), RR (red flowers) was crossed with rr (white flowers) to obtain F1 progeny Rr (pink flowers) as R was not completely dominant over r. But after F1 was crossed, three kinds of combinations were obtained in F2 which were rr (white), RR (red) and Rr (pink). Hence, Antirrhinum (Snapdragon) follows the law of segragation but not the law of dominance.
