In bacteria if mitochondria are absent then how the bacteria get the energy for further process??

Some Bacteria conduct photosynthesis & produce oxygen, much like plants. They may get energy from either light or chemical sources some bacteria live symbiotically inside the host organism & provide host with oxygen. Hope you understood.
