Let the circle be x2+y2=a2
Let G be (h, k)
k=0, -a<h<a
G = (h, 0)
AG = AA', AA' AB
A' = (a, a-h)
BG = BB', BB' AB
B' = (-a, a+h)
O' =A+B2 = (0, a)
Point O' is always constant, i.e., remains stationary (as a is constant).
