A) Unstable Equillibrium $\to$ If we displace charge q in y-direction, the equillibrium will distorted and the charge will not tends to come back to its original position $\&$ net force will then apply in y-direction. (1) option.

B) Accelerating $\to$ If q is displace anywhere it will accelerate because net force is always in x direction in (4) option.

C) Stable Euillibrium $\to$ If we displace q in x direction, the net force on it will be in -x-direction i.e. a restoring force and stable the q charge at mid point (2) option.

D) Neutral Equillibrium $\to$ Inside the shell there is no force due to charge distribution so every point is stable equilibrium. This is called Nneutral Equillibrium (3) option.
