Solution

Given: l(DE) = 4.5 cm, l(EF) = 6.5 cm, mD = 65°, mE = 100° and mF= 60°

Steps of Construction:
I. Draw a line segment DE = 4.5 cm.

II. Then, construct an angle of 100° at E. Mark the point F, such that FE = 6.5 cm.

III. Now, construct an angle of 65° at D and an angle of 60° at F to meet the two line segments at G.

Thus, DEFG is the required quadrilateral.
