The correct option is B Circumcircle
Draw a triangle ABC and obtuse angle at B.
Draw perpendicular bisectors of three sides of a triangle ABC.
Name the point of intersection of these bisectors as O.
And try to draw a circle which passes through three sides AB,BC,AC as shown in the figure.
The resulting circle will be a circumcircle and is the smallest circle which covers the triangle.
