Let side of equilateral triangle is m
We know R=abc4Δ
a=b=c=m and Δ=3a24
Hence R=m343m24

We know inradius(r)=Δs
s=a+b+c2
r=3m24s - - - - - - - - 2
Put the value of s in equ(2)
We get r=m23 - - - - - - 3
Now compare equ(1) and equ(3)
We will get R=2r
