The correct option is B 10 cm
Centroid divides the median in the ratio 2 : 1
AG : GD = 2 : 1
So AG = 2 $\times$ GD
= 2 $\times$ 4= 8 cm
AD = AG+GD
= 8 + 2 = 10 cm
