In dissolution, if firm has given loan to the Partner, then what will be its treatment? Will it be transferred to dissolution account?

Dear Student

Loan given to partner is transferred to the Dr. side of his capital account. This is because the final payment to the partner is made after adjusting the loan amount due from him/her.Therefore the loan given to partner would not come in realisation account.
