The correct option is D if both conclusion I and conclusion II follow.
From statement 3 and 1, we infer that any plastic can be a note and none of the notes is a coin. Therefore, none of the plastic is a coin and hence, no coin is plastic.
Conclusion 1 is True
The 2nd statement states some coins are metals. This means that some "non coins " are also metals and hence, all the plastics being metals is a possibility.
Conclusion 2 is True
