Let Mohan current age $=$ $X$

Let Ram's current age $=$ $Y$

From statement $2$

we get that Ram's present age $=$ $5$ years

Hence $Y$ $=$ $5$ years

From Statement I we get

$X$ $=$ $2Y+15$

$X$ $=$ $10+15$ $=$ $25$

Hence Mohan's age $=$ $25$ years

Hence Both statement 1 and 2 are required to answer the question.
