The answer is that both the conclusions follow.
We know that all flowers are white, because some whites are beautiful, this can lead all the whites that are flowers to be beautiful, therefore the first conclusion is true.
The second statement says some whites are beautiful, so some white may not be beautiful. Therefore the second conclusion is also true.
