Conclusions: I. Some spades which are diamonds may also be clubs.

The correct option is B if only conclusion II follows.
There are two cases possible.
Some spade which are diamonds can never be clubs.
This is not possibility.
Some hearts which clubs are also diamonds.
This is a possibility, but not always correct.
Thus only conclusion II is correct.
Hence, Option B is correct.
