The correct option is B if neither conclusion I nor II follows.
From the statements given, this is a possible Venn diagram among many possibilities.In the picture, it can be clearly shown that all apartments are buildings and all buildings are cottages.So, all apartments have to be cottages.Conclusion 1 is false.All buildings cannot be huts, in the figure it is showing that Huts are the subcategory of Apartments. which is a subcategory of buildings.So, all buildings cant be huts.Some might be apartments and others are all huts.So conclusion 2 is also wrong.
Both 1 and 2 don't follow the statements.
